About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Systems Support Engineer to join our team during the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently. As a Remote Systems Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and contribute to the success of our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support for various operating systems including MAC OS X, Windows, and Linux.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, DNS Servers, and Firewalls.
  • Assist in the deployment and support of Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a systems support or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and LDAP.
  • Experience with cryptography and privileged access management.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Keeper Secrets Manager.
  • Familiarity with cloud administration and software deployment.
  • Knowledge of API development and backend development.
