What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to clients using our data labeling software, addressing any issues they encounter.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to the platform.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions to improve our support processes.
  • Participate in the development of support documentation and training materials for clients.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in software or technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with data labeling tools and AI workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
