What You'll Do

  • Lead high-impact projects that span multiple teams, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that support our growth.
  • Set the technical vision and roadmap for critical areas of our technology infrastructure.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and high-quality engineering processes, including conducting thorough code reviews.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers, particularly Senior and mid-level engineers, fostering their professional development.
  • Coordinate technical efforts across squads and departments, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Influence and cultivate a robust engineering culture that prioritizes ownership and excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with expertise in Java or Kotlin.
  • Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and data models.
  • Experience in product companies (SaaS, fintech, marketplace) is highly desirable.
  • Passion for AI topics and experience working on AI-driven projects.
  • Excellent leadership skills, capable of managing technical objectives in evolving environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; French is a valuable bonus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform and tools such as Kubernetes and Datadog.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies like TypeScript and Vue.js.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and coaching technical teams.
