What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of a massive Platform Modernization initiative to enhance our AI-driven cardiac testing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices across the organization.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability of our services.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure as code, ensuring scalability and security of our cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the DevOps team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in a healthcare or technology-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Solid understanding of scripting languages (Python, Bash) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector or familiarity with medical regulations.
