About the Role

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or similar role, with a strong background in software engineering.
- Expertise in Angular and Java, with hands-on experience in AWS services such as RDS, Elastic Search, Redis, MongoDB, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and Lambda.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing high-availability platforms and modern delivery pipelines.
