About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team at Assist World. This role is crucial as we expand our manufacturing business into new markets, focusing on sheds, playgrounds, and animal enclosures. As a Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will take ownership of our social media presence and digital visibility, ensuring that our brand resonates with our audience. Your expertise will help us maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.

What You'll Do

• Manage and edit video and image content supplied by the internal team.
• Schedule and post content consistently across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and quality across all social media channels.
• Maintain a reliable posting cadence aligned with business growth.
• Assist in content planning and scheduling, providing insights on content structure and trends.
• Collaborate with the team to refine content strategies based on performance feedback.
• Support Google Ads management once onboarded and aligned, including monitoring campaigns and reviewing performance.
• Make recommendations for campaign adjustments under guidance.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong content editing and execution skills, particularly with video and visual content.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable managing multiple platforms and adapting strategies based on performance.
• Experience working with established businesses rather than influencer-only accounts.
• Portfolio required showcasing social media accounts and/or content samples.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Ads and campaign management.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure performance.
• Ability to adapt to new trends and technologies in digital marketing.
