Remote Senior Product Marketing Manager - FinTech & SaaS
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Senior Product Marketing Manager to join GoodLeap, a leading technology company specializing in sustainable solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy and execution across our core product areas, including payments technology, financing solutions, and SaaS products for home improvement trades. As a strategic product marketer with a strong background in fintech and B2B platforms, you will translate complex products into clear, compelling value propositions.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B payments technology and financing products, with a focus on new SaaS platform capabilities.
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional launches and adoption campaigns for payments and financing products, optimizing messaging and channels for maximum impact.
- Enable Sales and Account teams with essential messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and training materials to support acquisition and expansion efforts.
- Define and track KPIs related to adoption, activation, conversion, and product-led revenue growth.
- Conduct customer and market research to inform product positioning and roadmap influence.
- Champion data-driven decision-making across product marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product marketing, with at least 4 years in fintech or payments technology.
- Strong understanding of merchant services and the operational needs of home improvement trade businesses.
- Proficiency with product marketing, analytics, and campaign tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
