About the Role

Ollie is on a mission to improve the lives of pets and their parents through high-quality, human-grade pet food. We are seeking a Remote Senior Product Manager to lead our E-commerce initiatives and optimize our growth-driving platform. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in e-commerce best practices to enhance our offerings and drive significant growth in a $45 billion market.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee our E-commerce capabilities by building a strategic roadmap that supports scaling Ollie’s growth.
  • Lead our E-commerce squad using Agile Scrum best practices to deliver features and enhancements aligned with critical business timelines.
  • Empower our Growth Marketing team by defining product requirements that enable effective execution.
  • Maintain and evolve our MarTech stack by defining technology requirements and assisting with vendor selection.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Analytics, and other Growth Product Managers to support digital growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC subscriptions, ideally during a hypergrowth period.
  • Experience managing E-commerce platforms in a contemporary setting, with a focus on headless platforms and partner landscapes.
  • Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
  • Experience working directly with engineers in an agile environment, including participation in scrum ceremonies.
  • Proven ability to partner with Growth Marketing stakeholders to deliver impactful enhancements.
  • Experience managing MarTech tools such as MTA, MMA, CRM, or CDP is a plus.
  • Strong collaborative skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A passion for Ollie’s mission and a deep empathy for the needs of dogs and their parents.
