About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Product Manager - Client Growth to join BetterHelp, the world's largest online therapy service. Our mission is to remove barriers to therapy and make mental health care accessible to everyone. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client growth initiatives that enhance our services and help millions of people access mental health support.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-impact client growth initiatives that significantly affect revenue and customer value.
• Drive strategy and execution for key growth levers, including free-to-paid conversion, monetization, and churn reduction.
• Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives and model impact effectively.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians, engineers, and marketers to execute growth strategies.
• Own initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring measurable business results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in B2C environments.
• Proven track record of driving growth in consumer products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Experience with monetization strategies and customer retention.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
