Remote Senior Product Designer - AI-Enabled Design Workflows

About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Senior Product Designer to join our team at JumpCloud. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, SaaS-based environment where you'll solve complex design problems and directly impact our customers and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product Management to identify and prioritize design challenges, translating user insights into effective design strategies.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of features, from discovery to implementation, ensuring high-quality execution in partnership with Engineering.
• Enhance design quality and craft by contributing reusable patterns and components to our design system.
• Architect the design system to support a rapidly expanding product suite while minimizing design debt.
• Bridge the gap between design and engineering by managing advanced Figma structures and ensuring seamless translation into high-performance code.
• Create documentation and workflows that empower other designers and establish best practices for component usage and accessibility standards.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and post-launch analysis to inform design decisions.
• Apply AI thoughtfully across the design process, leveraging modern tools to enhance ideation and prototyping.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design skills.
• Experience designing for complex systems, such as IT workflows or developer tools.
• Proven track record of shipping B2B products while balancing user needs and business constraints.
• Comfortable working in agile environments, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system.
• Familiarity with IT administration or identity management is a plus.
• AI fluency, with experience using tools like Figma AI to accelerate design processes.
• Ability to translate emerging design tools into practical workflows for the team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced Figma features and structured component systems.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
