About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Senior Marketing Manager - Paid Ads to lead our advertising efforts at Acebet.com. This role offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $500,000 per year, along with equity options based on performance. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the full funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF) across all paid ads platforms, ensuring that our campaigns are not only effective but also innovative.

What You'll Do

• Own the complete advertising funnel across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google SEM/DV360, and more.
• Identify and exploit arbitrage opportunities in the advertising landscape.
• Transform creative challenges into actionable solutions, developing multiple variations of ads to test.
• Plan and outline engaging video and static creatives that capture audience attention.
• Manage a team of editors to bring your creative visions to life.
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Stay ahead of trends and be willing to experiment with new platforms and strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid advertising.
• Proficient in using ad dashboards and tools, with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Google SEM/DV360, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply, whether to a child or a CEO.
• Comfortable with testing on emerging platforms and adapting to new advertising trends.
• Experience in scaling campaigns from $0 to significant budgets.
• Creative mindset with a knack for spotting winning hooks quickly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
