About the Role

Join May Mobility as a Remote Senior Manager of Customer Operations and lead a team dedicated to transforming urban mobility through autonomous technology. What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Site Managers, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
  • Define and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer operations with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements
