Remote Senior Manager - GTM Analytics and AI

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Manager GTM Analytics and AI to lead our Business Intelligence function at Cority. This role is pivotal in aligning advanced analytics with our go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our revenue operations are data-driven and efficient. As a leader in this space, you will blend revenue strategy with hands-on analytics engineering, establishing the foundations that drive our forecasting and decision-making processes.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end revenue analytics, supporting annual revenue planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline health metrics.
• Architect executive-ready dashboards that provide insights for revenue operating cadences.
• Drive transparency and predictability in GTM measurement.
• Lead analytics for annual operating plans and revenue target settings.
• Translate GTM strategy into actionable data products that influence real-time decisions.
• Partner with the Analytics function to design scalable data models across various platforms.
• Ensure data quality and governance across all GTM reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in GTM analytics, RevOps analytics, or related data roles.
• Proven experience in revenue planning, forecasting, and pipeline analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with analytics engineering, including SQL and BI tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with an executive presence.
• Experience operationalizing AI within business workflows is a plus.
