About the Role

Join JuneShine Brands as a Remote Senior eCommerce Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of regulated eCommerce. This position is crucial for unlocking new markets and expanding consumer access to modern THC beverages. As part of our team, you will manage key eCommerce partnerships and navigate complex regulations to drive growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to maintain consumer access in markets with DTC shipping restrictions.
  • Identify and implement legal workarounds through partnerships with third-party eCommerce retailers.
  • Lead the California market strategy and scale the playbook nationally.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading eCommerce platforms like GoPuff and DoorDash.
  • Negotiate terms and optimize performance across platforms to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align eCommerce with market strategies.
  • Stay ahead of evolving D9 THC regulations and industry trends to identify market gaps.
  • Test and iterate on new eCommerce models and partnerships for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in eCommerce or digital commerce, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
  • Experience in regulated categories such as alcohol beverages or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with ownership of third-party eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong pricing and commercial decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing pricing and performance reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of beverage distribution models and wholesaler networks.
  • Experience navigating regulatory constraints in eCommerce.
  • Comfort presenting commercial performance insights to senior leadership.
