What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with IT teams to streamline hardware deployment processes, enhancing efficiency and satisfaction.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on their unique challenges and goals.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, proactively addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements
