About the Role
Join Colibri Group as a Remote Sales Operations Analyst and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional online professional education. In this role, you will support our B2B growth strategies and work closely with senior team members to drive new business acquisitions and enhance our sales operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support for Sales Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations (30%)
- Assist in Sales Development activities, supporting the lead to opportunity funnel (30%)
- Generate B2B Sales Reports to support organizational monthly and quarterly KPIs (20%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Managers, to create value-added customer solutions (20%)
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations or analytics
- Understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
