About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Porter to join our award-winning team at The Inn Collection Group. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the night. What You'll Do

• Welcome and check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process.
• Assist with inquiries at reception, the bar, or over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the restaurant, lounge, and facilities.
• Prepare the restaurant for breakfast service and set up the buffet table.
• Patrol the premises to perform security checks and ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and a knack for staying organized.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work night shifts.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
