About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Revenue Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Flock Safety. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent to support our mission. As a Remote Revenue Recruiter, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and contribute to our organizational goals.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify the best recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote Flock Safety as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a revenue-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven recruitment practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in engineering or data science fields, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and revenue accounting principles.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with public safety training and aviation knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
