About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Revenue Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Flock Safety. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent to support our mission. As a Remote Revenue Recruiter, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and contribute to our organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify the best recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
- Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote Flock Safety as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a revenue-focused role.
- Strong understanding of data-driven recruitment practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in engineering or data science fields, is a plus.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and revenue accounting principles.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
Nice to Have
- Experience with public safety training and aviation knowledge.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
