About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Revenue Operations & Sales Lead to join Playlab, a tech non-profit dedicated to empowering educators and students in the AI landscape. As a Remote Revenue Operations & Sales Lead, you'll play a crucial role in building the systems and strategies necessary to scale our earned revenue. What You’ll Do

  • Co-develop and execute a multi-year revenue strategy with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, focusing on expanding engagement with Playlab’s AI software and programs.
  • Build and manage Playlab’s sales pipeline across states and partners, identifying high-potential districts and organizations.
  • Design and operationalize forecasting models, quarterly revenue goals, and KPIs for the Growth team and executive leadership.
  • Stand up a new CRM and RevOps system (HubSpot), improving workflows and ensuring seamless handoff from sales to implementation.
  • Own parts of the sales cycle, including discovery calls, demos, proposal drafting, and follow-up to ensure consistent lead flow and conversion.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales, partnerships, or growth—preferably in edtech, AI, K–12, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Experience building or significantly improving CRM systems and RevOps processes, with HubSpot experience being a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills to translate educator needs into compelling value propositions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Passion for equitable, human-centered AI adoption in education.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling or scoping professional development, LLM-powered tools, or district-level partnerships.
  • Background in data analysis, forecasting, or revenue modeling.
  • Familiarity with Playlab’s platform or K–12 AI ecosystems.
