Remote Retail Area Manager - East Region Germany

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Retail Area Manager to oversee operations in the East Region of Germany. In this role, you will manage relationships with retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. You will leverage your expertise in the cycling industry to create effective sales strategies and enhance our market presence.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our retail presence in the East Region of Germany.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
• Provide training and support to retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets and P&L analysis to ensure profitability in the region.
• Conduct regular field visits to retailers to assess performance and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or sales, preferably in the cycling or related industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with retailers.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in multi-unit leadership or franchise management.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Fluency in both German and English.
