Short's Travel Management is seeking a Technical Business Analyst - Remote to join their dynamic IT department. In this role, you will focus on enhancing business processes and technology solutions. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work remotely with a collaborative team culture, ensuring that the needs of stakeholders are met and that innovative solutions are implemented.

What You'll Do

• Elicit and analyze business needs from stakeholders to drive technology and process-oriented decision-making.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop new products that enhance the travel experience for athletic departments.
• Document project requirements and translate them into actionable steps for the team.
• Facilitate communication regarding project changes and updates.
• Assist in various departments as needed to support overall company objectives.
• Drive innovation in college sports travel through effective technology solutions.
• Utilize tools like JIRA to manage project tasks and timelines efficiently.
• Support the team in achieving high standards of service for travel clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, ideally in a technical environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• CCBA certification preferred; CBAP and/or PMI-PBA acceptable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel management industry.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
