About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Recruiter/Sourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. What You'll Do

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify potential candidates.
  • Engage with candidates through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or sourcer, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools, including Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
