About the Role

Requirements

  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
  • Experience with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse, is a plus.
  • A passion for equitable hiring practices and candidate experience.
