Remote Proposal Manager - Cybersecurity Solutions

About the Role

Join UltraViolet Cyber as a Remote Proposal Manager and make a significant impact in the cybersecurity landscape. As a leading platform-enabled unified security operations company, we provide a comprehensive suite of security operations solutions. Our mission is to make advanced real-time cybersecurity accessible for all organizations by eliminating the risks associated with separate red and blue teams. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief of Revenue Operations (CRO) and collaborate closely with the SVP of Federal Operations to ensure Federal and Commercial proposals are effectively submitted for MSSP pursuits.

What You'll Do

• Assist the proposal team in the preparation of meaningful text and graphics for proposals.
• Develop proposal outlines, proposal workbooks, and color team reviews while adhering to schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain boilerplate folders and documents, ensuring clarity between boilerplate and customized language.
• Organize, create, and facilitate briefings and templates for all meetings associated with proposal and capture activities.
• Lead the management of our proposal content library and produce standard proposals while supporting proposal managers in larger strategic proposals.
• Provide graphics support for proposals and presentations, working closely with project managers to meet all RFP criteria.
• Conduct or participate in RFP strategy sessions and maintain information systems, including the marketing database and master resumes.
• Draft proposals and oversee the proposal production process while collaborating with proposal coordinators firmwide on best practices.

Requirements

• Familiarity with MSSP contracting in Federal and Commercial markets is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of cybersecurity and IT services proposals.
• Proficient in reading and writing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Strong business relationships in the Federal contracting arena with experience in coordinating and writing proposals.
• Excellent writing abilities with the capacity to craft clear and compelling content.
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Illustrator, with working knowledge of other Adobe applications.
• Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Technical writing/editing experience is a plus.
