About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Prison Fellowship. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives and manage projects that drive our mission forward. What You'll Do
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery as a Remote Project Manager.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize tools like Wrike and Smartsheet to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Implement best practices in project management and governance.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Remote Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion and Monday.com is advantageous.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in nonprofit project management.
- Sales experience or understanding of client relations.
- Knowledge of ADP Payroll and Concur Expense systems.
