About the Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will focus on revenue and EBITDA expansion, determine critical KPIs, and assess the effectiveness of operational initiatives. What You'll Do

• Serve as a financial business partner to key service line leaders.
• Drive reporting efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Develop executive-level presentation materials.
• Support financial modeling and ad hoc analysis requests.
• Communicate results with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the finance organization to enhance financial strategies.
• Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to support decision-making.
• Analyze complex business drivers to inform strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Senior Financial Analyst.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Passion for data and insights with a high level of curiosity.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems; knowledge of Vena is a plus.
