Remote Program Manager - 4DX Execution Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Program Manager who is an expert in the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) framework. In this role, you will lead the implementation of 4DX across our organization, starting with the People team and expanding to leaders throughout the company. As a Remote Program Manager, you will not just manage projects; you will coach and guide leaders to define and achieve their Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) effectively.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary owner and internal subject-matter expert for the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) at MARA.
• Lead the design, rollout, and continuous evolution of MARA's 4DX operating cadence.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define high-quality Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).
• Identify effective lead measures that are tied to controllable behaviors.
• Establish compelling scoreboards that drive focus and engagement among teams.
• Coach leaders on how to run effective weekly WIG sessions, including accountability conversations and commitment discipline.
• Observe, assess, and continuously improve the quality and consistency of WIG sessions across teams.
• Identify adoption gaps, resistance, or execution breakdowns and intervene with targeted coaching and reinforcement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a 4DX rollout in a previous organization.
• Hands-on coaching experience with senior leaders through adoption challenges.
• Strong ability to drive execution through influence, credibility, and behavioral change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in management consulting or organizational development.
• Familiarity with performance management systems.
• Certification in 4DX or related frameworks.
