About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Product Manager - Workers Compensation to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead the product development lifecycle for workers' compensation products, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure product alignment with market needs.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product features and enhance user experience.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel to drive decision-making and measure product performance.
• Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation in the market.
• Facilitate training and development for internal teams on product features and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to workers' compensation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation and related insurance products.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and business intelligence tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in commercial insurance or brokerage.
• Familiarity with actuarial fundamentals and compensation analysis.
• Relevant certifications such as CCM or RN License.
