About the Role
We are hiring a Remote Principal Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Checkr. In this role, you will be the lead advocate and strategic architect for our most complex and highest-value partnerships. As a Remote Principal Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our Strategic Accounts team, managing a select portfolio of our largest clients, including well-known names like DoorDash and Coinbase. Your success will be measured by your ability to deepen existing relationships and earn the trust of key customer stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Drive Customer Success: Develop a deep understanding of Checkr's products and strategically apply them to customer programs, ensuring alignment with their goals and driving positive business outcomes.
- Manage Strategic Accounts: Oversee a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through tailored solutions and proactive engagement.
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for your clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development and enhancements.
- Measure Success: Utilize metrics and KPIs to track customer satisfaction and product adoption, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and measure success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
