What You'll Do

  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on Ajax Systems products for customers and internal teams.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers, enhancing their understanding of our offerings.
  • Provide technical training to staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers, ensuring they are well-versed in our products and technology.
  • Promote and introduce product solutions tailored to customer needs, providing technical consultations and support to key clients.
  • Perform market research and comparative analysis of competitor products to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, collaborating with the development team.
  • Support the sales team by following up on leads and analyzing customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields.
  • Excellent working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV systems, as well as access control systems.
  • Experience in installing and designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
  • Public speaking experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Willingness to travel for business as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with technical sales or pre-sales support.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in security technology.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
