What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver high-quality software that enhances freight logistics and customer experiences.
• Lead the design and development of software modules, ensuring end-to-end delivery by collaborating with a small group of engineers.
• Focus on front-end engineering, utilizing frameworks like React Native, Angular, and Flutter for web and mobile applications.
• Write production-quality code, adhering to team coding standards and processes.
• Participate in design reviews and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure software reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist teams with limited UI experience to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Innovate in distributed computing and drive industry transformation through effective coding solutions.
• Collaborate with application teams to enhance reliability and performance of our software services.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum of 6 years of software development experience, with proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#.
• Experience in building web applications using technologies like JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, and React.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience building AI applications and using AI in customer experiences.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with secure coding practices and building UX design systems.
