We are seeking a Remote Payroll Operations Manager to lead our payroll operations across the APAC region. What You'll Do

  • Utilize SAP and Excel to manage payroll data and generate reports for management review.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for team members on payroll operations and compliance.
  • Continuously assess and enhance payroll systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll operations or management, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and best practices in the APAC region.
  • Experience with payroll software, particularly SAP, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account management is a plus.
