What You'll Do

• Process payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage billing operations, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Utilize payroll software such as ADP Workforce NOW and Paychex for efficient payroll management.
• Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and billing activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data management.
• Stay updated on payroll taxes and compliance regulations, including HIPAA regulations for medical billing.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing and billing.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll and payroll taxes.
• Experience with European payroll is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
