About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients through our call center. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or patient support role.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and appointment scheduling software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support.
