As a Remote Operations Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our operations teams. What You'll Do

  • Represent Metropolis positively to candidates, showcasing our culture, values, and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for operations roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping records up to date in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, and start dates.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and sales leadership to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in operations or sales.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the AI or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and recruitment metrics.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
