Remote New Homes Sales Consultant - Bilingual in Ukrainian/Russian
About the Role
We are looking for a Remote New Homes Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Lavendo. This role is perfect for individuals who are bilingual in Ukrainian and Russian and have a passion for sales in the residential construction industry. As a Remote New Homes Sales Consultant, you will manage inbound leads and provide tailored solutions to clients, all while working from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do
- Conduct client phone calls to qualify inbound leads and deliver engaging sales presentations.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Own the sales process from initial contact to qualification and follow-up.
- Engage with new and existing clients to maintain a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Utilize AI, CRM systems, dashboards, and automation tools for effective pipeline management and performance tracking.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill development.
- Balance written communication (60%) and phone communication (40%) effectively.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of successful B2C sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems, dashboard analytics, AI tools, and other sales technologies.
- Full professional working proficiency in American English (Level C1-C2).
- A completed bachelor’s degree or higher.
- A strong work ethic and maturity in a professional setting.
- Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or another Slavic language is highly desirable.
- Bonus: Knowledge of ADUs and residential construction.
- Bonus: Experience within the US market, particularly in customer service.

- Familiarity with the residential construction industry.
- Experience working with diverse client bases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire clients.

Interviewing Process
The interview process includes an HR screening by Lavendo, followed by a client screening, and two levels of virtual interviews with the Head of Sales and Head of Customer Support. Reference and background checks will be conducted after successful interviews, and a job offer will be provided to the selected candidate.
