About the Role

We are looking for a talented Remote Motion Designer to join our innovative team at a rapidly growing FinTech company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the motion design discipline from scratch, working on exciting projects that impact thousands of finance teams globally. As a Remote Motion Designer, you will collaborate with a dynamic team and utilize your skills in UI animation, micro-interactions, and various design tools.

What You'll Do

• Create stunning motion graphics and animations that enhance user experience across our platforms.
• Collaborate with product designers and developers to implement animations using tools like Figma, After Effects, and Framer Motion.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable animation components to streamline design processes.
• Work on branding initiatives and website design projects, ensuring consistency and quality in all visual outputs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative direction of projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, and other animation tools.
• Experience with CSS animations and web-based motion design.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and UI design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Lottie and Rive for interactive animations.
• Familiarity with AWS and Terraform.
• Background in branding and marketing design.
