About the Role

- Utilize advanced skills in MS Word and MadCap Flare to produce high-quality documentation.
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure documentation meets publication standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding documentation timelines and progress.
- Interview subject matter experts to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Create various types of documentation, including user guides, installation guides, and quick-reference guides.
- Implement interactive elements in documentation such as hyperlinks and indexes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing and documentation development.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and MadCap Flare.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of the documentation development life cycle (DDLC).
- A degree in Translations, Philology, or Applied Linguistics is a plus.
Nice to Have
