About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Mid-Market Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Cypress. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer relationships and driving growth. Our mission is to make software testing faster and more reliable, and you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients experience the full value of our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Manage an existing book of business, focusing on retention and expansion for mid-market clients (51–2,499 employees).
  • Collaborate with Technical Solutions Consultants to support customer success and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities, including new teams and additional products.
  • Help customers evolve their testing strategies as their organizations grow.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing insights, updates, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within the software or technology sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer success.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working with mid-market clients and understanding their unique needs.
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and retention.
