About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Manager Program Strategy to join Merit America, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating pathways to family-sustaining careers for working adults. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and developing curriculum and program models that empower individuals to transition from low-wage jobs to high-paying tech careers.

What You'll Do
