About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Falcon Complete team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies for incident response, forensic analysis, and customer service excellence.

• Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely and effective execution of initiatives.
• Utilize AI and machine learning technologies to improve data ingestion and semantic transformation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management, particularly in incident response and forensic analysis.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud operations, network security, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with AI and machine learning applications in cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

• Experience with large language models and their applications in cybersecurity.
