About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Manager for Falcon Complete to lead our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will oversee incident response, forensic analysis, and customer service operations while ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance. As a key player in our organization, you will drive initiatives that enhance our cloud operations and network security.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee incident handling and response processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols across various platforms, including Windows and Linux environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow automation using tools like N8N and Tray.ai.
  • Engage in pre-sales support and sales engineering to align customer needs with our cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management, with a focus on incident response and forensic analysis.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and projects within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of cloud operations, network security, and systems administration.
  • Experience with data science and machine learning applications in cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
  • Experience with large language models and their applications in security.
  • Familiarity with sales engineering and customer engagement strategies.
