About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Legal Counsel to join our innovative team at Infomediji. As a Remote Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in shaping the legal framework of our pioneering company in the immersive media sector. What You'll Do

• Provide expert legal advice on a range of issues including corporate law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.
• Advise on labor law matters and consumer rights protection to safeguard the company and its stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in legislation and industry regulations to keep the company informed and compliant.
• Facilitate training sessions on legal compliance and best practices for team members.
• Support content moderation efforts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a legal counsel or in a similar role, particularly in corporate and media law.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property rights and contract management.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in compliance and regulatory matters is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
