Remote Implementation Specialist - Health Tech

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Adoreal. As a fast-growing vertical SaaS company, we leverage innovative technologies to enhance consumer experiences in elective medicine. In this role, you will lead the onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform, ensuring a smooth and structured implementation process. This position requires up to 50% travel throughout the US, and candidates should reside within an hour of a major airport.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main liaison between Adoreal and the clinic during onboarding, facilitating effective communication and project management.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Adoreal’s EMR and CRM systems, ensuring they meet clinic needs.
• Manage project timelines, track key milestones, and coordinate efforts across internal teams and clinic stakeholders.
• Provide training and onboarding support to clinic staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to adopt new systems.
• Develop and deliver onboarding documentation, training guides, and resource materials to assist clinics in the transition.
• Monitor post-go-live adoption and address ongoing support needs, ensuring clinics are satisfied with their new systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Technical fluency with EMR/CRM systems, data migration, and digital workflow tools.
• Excellent communication skills to guide clinic stakeholders through new system adoption.

Nice to Have

• Deep familiarity with healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Experience in training clinical and administrative staff on new systems.
