Remote Implementation Specialist - AI-Powered Software

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Karbon. As a leader in AI-powered practice management software for accounting firms, we are dedicated to helping professionals work more efficiently and collaboratively. In this role, you will guide customers through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training, ensuring they achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success on the Karbon platform.

What You'll Do

• Own the customer implementation journey by managing end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts.
• Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time, escalating complexity as needed.
• Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, partnering primarily with firm administrators and key users to align priorities and clarify responsibilities.
• Facilitate structured onboarding by leading kickoff meetings, configuration sessions, and training sessions using established frameworks and playbooks.
• Provide professional guidance on Karbon best practices to ensure customers maximize their use of the platform.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar implementation or customer success role.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in the accounting or software industry is a plus.
• Ability to adapt training and onboarding processes to meet customer needs.
