Remote Implementation Management Manager - Drive Customer Success

About the Role

We're seeking a Remote Implementation Management Manager to lead our customer onboarding initiatives and ensure successful data integration projects. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving customer success through effective implementation management and cross-functional collaboration. As a Remote Implementation Management Manager, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and guide them through the implementation process.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the implementation of customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize your technical expertise to assist clients in data migration and integration with our APIs.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills in project management and customer relations.
• Analyze customer feedback and project outcomes to continuously improve our implementation processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementation management or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing B2B SaaS projects and customer onboarding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with data integration, SQL, and cloud data warehouses is a plus.

• Experience in the healthcare or fintech industries.
• Knowledge of machine learning and analytics engineering.
• Prior experience in a customer success role.
