Remote Implementation Management Manager - B2B SaaS

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Implementation Management Manager to lead our implementation team in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for our B2B SaaS clients. In this role, you will oversee the implementation process, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate our solutions effectively and drive customer success.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful onboarding.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align implementation strategies with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation for all implementation projects.
• Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze customer feedback and implementation metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing any concerns or challenges that arise.
• Utilize your technical expertise in data integration, APIs, and analytics engineering to guide implementation efforts.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and implementation methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation management or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and cloud data warehouses.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with SQL and analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages is advantageous.

• Experience in the healthcare, fintech, or automotive industries.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in data integration.
• Previous experience in customer success or client management roles.
