• Provide employee support and guidance on HR-related inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Assist in recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct compliance training and performance management initiatives to uphold company standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in HRIS and data management tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks effectively.
