What You'll Do

• Serve as a product leader across the Ads organization, guiding the team towards achieving strategic goals.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, facilitating effective execution.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalations to keep projects on track.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Partner with Operations for back-end tools that enhance product functionality.
• Work with data teams on ROI-positive targeting techniques to optimize advertising performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of success.
• 3–4 years of leadership experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to bring new ad products to market effectively.
• Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and its key players.
• Experience with conversion optimization and targeting algorithms.
• Proficiency with product management tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
