Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in hardware or engineering roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and understanding of hardware and firmware concepts.
